my two favorite things in life are the color pink and cake. and when you combine those things together, you get peggy porschen cakes! this highly instagrammed spot was at the top of my list and dana and i knew the perfect time to go...breakfast!
i don't think it comes as a surprise that i was instantly obsessed with this place. we got there so early that the bakery wasn't even open yet...oops! but that left us enough time for photos and a pre-feast hot chocolate at a café across the street. once they flipped the sign to "open," we dashed inside eager to try all of the goodies.
did i mention i was obsessed?? oh wait, yes i did. in my experience, i have found these overly instagrammed to be over rated. however, i was pleasantly surprised that everything was baked to perfection and the hot chocolate was the best i had ever had. seriously, better than angelina in paris! we could have spent hours in the cute little bakery but it was onto the next location!
